In continuation of the public consultation concerning the necessary documents for the implementation of the Market Test regarding the project “Pipeline Nea Messimvria – Evzoni/ Gevgelija and Metering station” (see results), the Transmission System Operator, DESFA S.A., submitted its proposal regarding the value of the “f-factor”, as defined in art. 22 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/459 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems and repealing Regulation (EU) No 984/2013. DESFA suggests f = 0,5, as documented in DESFA’s note.
RAE sets today DESFA’s proposal under public consultation. The public consultation will last until Tuesday May 31st, 2022 (included). All interested parties are invited to submit their views to RAE via email at the address gasconsultation@rae.gr or in writing.
RAE will publish all contributions, unless the participant requests the non-publication of his identity and/or his views.
