A key tool is the Network Development Plan, which is drawn up by the Network Operator and approved by RAE, and identifies the main axes of development of the Network with a five-year time horizon. The implementation of Network development is monitored through Development Programs drawn up on an annual basis by the Operator, based on the current Network Development Plan.<\/p><p>More information regarding the criteria and related procedures are included in the Network Operation Code.
