Only those enrolled to user registry have the right to ship gas in the National Natural Gas System. The entities wishing to be included in the registry submit a request to RAE. Those entities are: (a) Suppliers, (b) customers, for the amounts of natural gas they are supplied, (c) every entity which provides adequate guarantees of economic solvency and technical competence. RAE assesses the requests for the enrolment to the registry according to Regulation for Independent Natural Gas System User Registry (Gazette B’ 451/16.04.2010) and decides for the enrolment of the applicant to the Registry.

After the enrolment to the Registry, an entity has the right to sign a transmission or/and an LNG infrastructure utilization contract with DESFA according to the Standard Contracts or/and a contract for utilization with natural gas network Operators.
