The Regulatory Authority for Energy sets under public consultation the proposal of the Operator of the Alexandroupolis Independent Natural Gas System (INGS), Gastrade S.A., regarding the «Inter-User Agreement» of the Alexandroupolis LNG Terminal, as submitted to the Authority (ref. no 305/3/ΚΣ/11.01.2022) by the Operator. The Inter-User Agreement will become an Annex to the INGS Terminal Access Code, which has been already set under public consultation by the Authority (see results). We also draw your attention to the public consultation held on the Terminal Use Agreement (see results).
The public consultation will last until Monday January 24th, 2022 (included). All interested parties are invited to submit their views to RAE via email at the address gasconsultation@rae.gr or in writing, with a copy to the INGS Operator, Gastrade (info@gastrade.gr), if they wish to.
RAE will publish all contributions, unless the participant requests the non-publication of his identity and/or his views.
