Pursuant to Article 12A of Law 4425/2016 (A’185), a Temporary is applicable after the 1st of July of 2022 and will be in place until the 1st day of June of 2023. Pursuant to the application of this temporary mechanism, part of market Participants’ day-ahead and intra-day revenues are withheld, this constitutes the Day Ahead Excess Revenue (D.A.E.R.) and the Intra Day Excess Revenue (I.D.E.R.) respectively. The amount remaining after the withholding of D.A.E.R. and I.D.E.R. constitutes the Day Ahead Market Producer Income (D.A.M.P.I.) and the Intra Day Market Producer Income (I.D.M.P.I) respectively. RAE publishes the data of the implementation of this mechanism in its website following the notification of the market clearing body.
