Public consultation on the proposal of ICGB AD for the amendment of the IGB Network Code

The Regulatory Authority for Energy sets under public consultation the proposal of the Transmission System Operator of the Independent Natural Gas System Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria (IGB), ICGB A.D., regarding the amendment of the IGB Network Code, including its Annexes:

• IGB Network Code
• IGB Tariff Code
• Gas Transportation Agreement (Exempted Network Users)
• Gas Transportation Agreement (Non-Exempted Network Users)
• Amendment to the Gas Transportation Agreement (Exempted Network Users)
• Virtual Trading Point Usage Agreement

The public consultation will last until Monday September 26^th, 2022 (included). All interested parties are invited to submit their views to RAE via email at the address gasconsultation@rae.gr or in writing.

RAE will publish all contributions, unless the participant requests the non-publication of his identity and/or his views.
